This Carara & Tarcoles tour is a great tour for families, small groups, and couples as it consists of a guided, stress-free hike of around 2 hours in Carara National Park, one of the best places in Costa Rica for birdwatching and spotting mammals and reptiles.
After this wonderful hike, you will continue with another activity in a boat for around 2 more hours in Tarcoles River, where you can get a closer view of the biggest crocodiles in Costa Rica as well as iguanas and basilisks, water birds, and many more.
